01.1    Relationship between client and DSV (aka., D&S Ventures), including but not limited to DSV proprietary, owners, personnel, management, and any and all affiliates, herby agree to the following terms and conditions. This is understood through the verbal or written agreement initiated by client to DSV. 

01.2    In regards to field work, DSV reserves the right to take any action to protect public health, safety, or the environment, or to disclose to government regulatory agencies any discoveries of applicable law violations that have been broken on said property. If discoveries of such nature are realized during the course of providing service, DSV reserves the right to cancel, postpone, and/or cease all activity relating to service agreement.

01.3    Services under this agreement can be canceled without notice to to client if there is an imminent risk of harm to DSV, employees, property, or to the environment. If prior knowledge of harm or danger is known to client and is not properly disclosed to DSV management, resulting in harm of consultants and/or affiliates; it may render legal action to said client.

01.4    All personal information provided to DSV is considered private and will not be sold or divulged unless legally deemed necessary.
